I would like to know whether this themes have the ability to let user to edit or delete post, which post by them?

Yes, customers can edit their ads via the user dashboard. They cannot delete ads, but they can pause them (also in the user dashboard), making them no longer visible.

1. Mind i check whether can we have multiple type of user:

e.g
- Normal user
- Dealer

2. May i know does the delete posting will available on the next release.?

You can manually give users different access levels, but there isn't a built in functionality to assign different access types.

There are no plans to allow customers to delete posts at this time. From an SEO point of view, it's not the best option to allow post deletions anyway...

But if I'm not interested in SEO, I would like to give my users clean quality content. I will lose traffic if my users keep finding and responding to expired listings. Or the poster is bombarded by inquiries to something that has already been sold. It's a waste of their energy. Can a custom module be built for this to allow the user to delete their ad or to mark it as sold and filter sold ads out of search results?
