    Can you email all registered members with a newsletter? Where are all of the email addresses of registered people shown?

    There isn't a built in newsletter feature but no doubt you could possibly find a plugin which could achieve this. The information for all registered users can be found in your "Users" section in the WordPress admin dashboard.
