Employer Profile / Resume Options

I have two questions about the theme.

1) Can employer profiles be customised so that they can upload videos and images?

2) Can Job seekers hide their resumes from public viewing? And just apply to jobs?

1) Employers can already upload a logo when posting a job listing, so if you are referring to additional fields for this, they are not included already and would require customization of the default theme on your part. There is no encryption which would prevent you from making such changes.

2) Job Seekers can control the visibility of their resumes. When applying for a job, they attach a resume via the application form rather than use the one published though. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. My questions about resumes was actually about the section Browse Resumes.
If users have the option here to hide their resumes, as some user may not want employers to browse their resume or do not want their resume in the public domain.

Thanks for the clarification. Job Seekers choose whether or not the resumes they create in their profile (they can actually create more than one), are published. Overall visibility of the resume section is determined by the site admin, but individual resume settings are determined by the job seeker.
