Employer/Recruiter specific category access

Is it possible to setup specific employers/recruiters to have access to specific groups or categories of candidates/resumes?

JobRoller allows you to set up Employer and Job Seeker account types, and you can set resume visibility from within the JobRoller admin dashboard (as seen here on the demo site - use the "Resumes" tab in the settings). This is not specific to categories though, it's either allowing resume visibility overall for free or for a fee, or not. Thanks.
