    Encryption and conflicts

Is any part of the product encrypted, or does it require zend or something intrusive like that?

Also, I'm running some pretty wonky stuff, notably phpBB with a wordpress integration mod, so I'm concerned that there might be conflicts. In fact, the reason I'm looking at your stuff is that I've had multiple problems with AWPCP plugin and I'd rather pay for something that works. Whats your policy on tracking down conflicts. I don't want to buy it and than have it not work with the rest of my stuff.

How does your theme integrate with other wordpress themes?

    Re: Encryption and conflicts

I'm not aware of any encryption. I gave 68classifieds a spin recently (and got a refund) and was put off by it's encryption requirements... hopefully CP gets a location filter like 68 has, and a simple way to add extra fields to submit forms by category.

CP runs on it's own instance of wordpress. So a blog and classipress would each have their own installation of wordpress.

Ah, that pretty much sucks rocks. I'm also not encouraged by the response time here. Seems like a ghost town.

There is no encryption so you can see and edit all the code.

What is the reason that it runs on a separate instance of wordpress? Its not really ideal, and it makes user account maintenance somewhat of a nightmare.

ClassiPress runs just like any other theme does but I can't promise it will work with all your wonky stuff. It shouldn't have any problems with the integration mod but I've never tested it. The theme uses wordpress for user accounts so I don't see any issues. But keep in mind, it's an entire theme unlike AWPCP so if you wanted to break them apart, you could always do something like this and have two separate instances of WP running.

    http://www.yourclassipresssite.com <-- your main site
    http://www.yourclassipresssite.com/classipress <-- your classified ads
