Escrow
Hello.
As I understand this escrow service depends on PayPal's adaptive payments. I have looked around for this thing a bit, and I am confused whether I need business account or premier is enough.
PayPal's website sometimes states that business account is required and sometimes premier or business. In your admin panel demo it says that verified premier is enough.
I would really like to know for sure what is true here, as I have a plan to monetize my possible website mostly on commission from escrow service.
