Example CSV File Where the Hell is it????

I read the threads and the Admin dashboard about uploading data into Vantage by using a CSV format. Numerous times you refer to and example CSV in the Theam section under the example folder. I have searched all over for the folder to view the sample CSV page. Can someone just post a link here leading directly to the example CSV please?
I know I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I just can't find it. Its important for me to view this before making a decision to purchase Vantage.

Hi Tom, the example .csv file is located within the theme files when the theme is purchased. It is not available outside of that, so there is no link we can send you for this. If there something in particular you need to know about it? Because the file itself simply shows you what fields need to be completed to import listings - and these same fields can already be seen on the Vantage demo site by viewing a standard listing. Thanks.
