How does the facebook login work?

What happens if a person signs up/logs in to a ClassiPress site using the ClassiPress sign up/login and then in the future they sign in/log on using Facebook...

..Will this cause them to have 2 user accounts?

or will their ClassiPress login somehow be synced with their Facebook login?

Since you cannot use the same email address for registering two accounts the sync is not required.
