feature and advertising per category

Hello, before I buy this theme I would like to know if it is possible to do some things:
Example#1: Advertise per category
Give the option to the advertiser to put its ads in a specific category.

Example#2: Feature per category
If the user is in Computer category, I would like to display only the Computer classifieds, and avoid any other product that doesnt belong to this category.

Regarding #1:

Yes, possible (and a absolute standard function)

Regarding #2:

Yes, of course! If a visitor clicks on the "Computer" category, only the ads from this specific category will show up.
