The job seeker has the option in their user dashboard whether or not they want the resume/cv to be published, but they can't specifically control who sees it. The site admin can determine who can view resumes/cv's from within the
JobRoller settings, whether that can be public, members only, job listers or recruiters (you can also charge for viewing resumes). No, they are not visible/available in a downloadable format, just displayed on the page.
You can set up job plans with specific settings as can be seen on the
JobRoller admin demo here. You generally have one login per email address. Yes, you can have featured job listings with "Feature on Homepage and Listings' and "Feature on Category" options. Thanks.
