A few questions

1) Does the latest version have a good language pack for Romanian? The language packs are not 'official', but rather created by contributors?
2) Buying it as a company and not as an individual person involves a billing process, issuing an invoice and such, right? Details?
3) Is there a setting to allow posting ads without registering?
4) Does it include some mobile-friendly facilities?
5) How many freedom there is in the settings to change the layout? Is it possible for example to have a more compact layout with two columns of ads?
6) Would be nice to see at least a screenshot of the Appearance page, and at least see all the options available out of the box, even if you cannot change them..

In answer to your questions:

1) All languages packs are created by contributors/members of the community, and currently there is a Romanian translation file available for ClassiPress.
2) You need to make the purchase as an individual, however you can update the profile information which then dynamically updates the receipt information which you can download at your convenience.
3) No, this is not a default feature of the theme and would require customization on your part.
4) ClassiPress is a responsive theme, so it is designed to display on all devices.
5) Changing the appearance as described would require customization as there are no settings within the admin dashboard to simply change it that way. We recommend the use of a child theme. You can read more about theme customizations here.
6) The appearance tab doesn't have many of the layout settings which are mostly shown on the general ClassiPress settings and widgets section of the admin dashboard, all visible on the ClassiPress admin demo. Thanks.
