Few questions before I buy :)

    Hello,
First, thank you for such great themes.
I am certified webdesigner/develpper (I have a good experience with Wordpress)

After a deep look at appthemes’ backside as the front side and through what I have seen in many topics in this forum that they talk about mods, tutorials and even wishes’ lists ,suggestions and bugs, I can say that I am able to do a lot to appthemes, like making major mods to enhance them to fit my needs.
I intend to buy license but I have few questions:
    - If I buy developer license, will I be able to do all changes ( php/css/js..) and upgrade it myself by adding more features and functions . ( I think You already answered this before, but I asked because my case is different due to what is coming in next questions :D
    - Can I install it in unlimited domains? ( I mean by my own themes, the final modified-designed themes)
    - If the websites I want to install the final themes in are not mine? Am I still able to install the themes in ? ( I rephrase it, if someone wants to buy a theme for his website, will I be able to sell or the websites are supposed to be mine and only mine and I cannot sell even if I do many big chages)
    - Can I label my new created codes under my own copyright label?

I think I should tell you that the mods I am going to make are very complicated (For this I am saying my case is different, not like changing a css class or adding few php lines)

As for Classipress and Clipper, by making many planned big mods, in matter of the functions, more features and ofcourse the interfaces will be 110% different from the default theme.
And for Jobroller, by making it including very complicated features ( Candidates/Employers' panels , features,functions,..) and turn it into monster-like Jobs theme.
Thank you for your support and have a nice day

    Kind regards
    Ra7im

Our themes are not encrypted, so yes, you will be able to make modifications to the theme files if you wish. If you intend to modify the themes and then resell the themes on as your own products, then no, this is not considered acceptable use. You may not redistribute these files or claim them as your work. As a developer, you can build a website for a client using our themes, but you would be technically selling the website, not the theme itself.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is how I interperet what you're asking here.

Thank You Pepsi for your reply.

yes through other forum topics, I got to know that I can modify the code and anything I want, and this is really so great.
About selling the themes, for sure, I will not resell your themes and will never claim them as mine, I think this is clear.
And yes, all I want to know if I am able to make websites for others ( if they ask for ), else, I will make my own websites.
Thank you again for your reply, I will consider to buy developer license because your themese suit my plans.

    have a nice day.

Yes the package include unlimited licenses to use ClassiPress on multiple web sites.
Please help our moderating team work more efficiently by not sending us support questions via PM. You can read more about how AppThemes support works here. However, you can send a PM to follow up and remind me if I missed your support request/thread.

Thank you and have a nice day.
