Few Questions Before Buying (publishing cost for expired ads + image fee)

Hi there, I find the CMS very interesting, I would just have few questions before buying it, hope I'm in the right place:

- Is there a Way to make the first listing free , then costing when publishing it again? (first publish of every listing is free, then cost X dollars)
- Is there a Way to make the 4 First Image free then with a fee for the following?

You can certainly allow a mixture of free or paid listings, but ads that are relisted are done at the original conditions under which the ad was posted. You could offer a coupon for a free listing initially by way of the AppThemes coupons plugin. There are no specific options for images, so this would require customization on your part if you were looking to set limitations relating to this. Thanks.
