Can you kindly answer the following questions about flatpress theme:

1. Does it have all the functionalities of the default classipress theme?
2. Can different attributes be created for each category and used as search filters, for example salary for jobs?
3. Can location drop down be added to top search bar with category?
4. Can a timer be set for ads, such as 30 days?
5. Can users be charged per ad listing? Can charges vary per category?
6. Kindly give demo backend login details
