    So you are stating that my attempt to determine, prior to purchasing, whether or not I will have this flexibility in the use of your theme is not permitted as a Pre-Sales Question?

    I'm just trying to explain you that you must be logged in to be able to read the forum answers that a related to support our customers.

    What i can tell you to both of your questions is, that both is possible, but need some small customization. For example: A display: none; inside the css would be enough to get rid of the searchbar.
