Forum is only means of support?
I just want to verify that support is only available via forum (no phone, email, or chat support), before I decide whether to purchase. As a new customer, I'm sure I would have many questions initially, and forum support (only) would be incredibly inefficient and time consuming, I would imagine. So I'm afraid it would be a deal-breaker in my case. Please let me know if I am wrong about your support. Thanks.
