free ads and highligh paid ads

Hi,
Is it possible to configure inside control panel 2 types of ads?
Free - regular list
paid - put on top (A-Z) highlighted ?

And config 2 different types of expiration? If not could you please clarify another option or how it works (paid, highlight,expiration options, etc...)

I'm interested in a developer version

Yes, you can make regular ads free, and charge for featured ads (which are the ones stickied at the top of the page)..

I don't use the paid feature personally, so am not entirely sure of whether or not you can set 2 different expiration options in the settings? The settings only show one place for this from what I can see. I will find out and post back, or perhaps someone else can clarify in the meantime..
