Free postings but paid resume browsing for listers only

Can payment plans be set up so that companies can have free postings but must have an added paid subscription to view resumes? So some companies/listers would never pay anything while enjoying free posts but others who want access to the resumes would have to pay. I would want this for listers/companies only and no access for recruiters.

Yes, JobRoller does allow you to set free job posting whilst charging to view resumes - these are set up separately as job plans and resume plans in the JobRoller admin dashboard . Thanks.
