Vantage has a front-end customer dashboard, so when someone is editing their listing they are only seeing their listing and images (not those that are visible in the back end media gallery). So, to clarify, customers don't see the WordPress admin dashboard at all, they'll see something like this on the
Vantage demo site. Only registered users can post listings and edit them - but you as the admin can determine if listings are published immediately or held for moderation by you before they are published. Site visitors can sent the business owner a message via the listing contact form, and do not require registration. If you have more questions not clear on the
