Hi I just needed to check before buying classipress if it would be possible via customisation / codes etc to create a full page of advertising instead of just in the 2 locations mentioned.

Our themes are not encrypted, so this means yes you are free to customize as you wish. If you have the coding knowledge to make such changes, then there is no reason why you couldn't achieve what you describe.
