Fully customizable?

Hi

im pretty new to website design and wordpress so i thought i would start off with classipress.

BUT is this fully customizable or is it restricted to the options ive seen in the demo?

for example if i wanted to put my own logo on the header that i made with photoshop, i want to have more options with colours/ effects / i want to ad auction capabilities , i wanted images to scroll automatically from left to right in a box etc

would i be able to adjust this in the code or is that not possible?

Yes the theme is fully customizable, as there is no encryption which would prevent you from making modifications if you wanted to. Changing the logo doesn't require customization - there is a specific setting for this in the ClassiPress admin dashboard, but other changes you mention would require changes to the default theme files.
