These are functions not currently part of the default theme, and as such would require customization or the use of a plugin. AppThemes does not officially support third party plugins, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee that all plugins will be compatible with our themes (nor are they tested to an extent that we could provide a definitive solution for each item you are looking for). In terms of the "receive similar ads by email", users can subscribe to the RSS feed for a specific category (and in turn receive emails when a new listing is created in that category). Thanks.
