    General

, I need to start very simple for my targeted audience, later on I can get “more advanced” a few questions:

    1. Can I enable/disable the flowing:
    a. Upper slideshow in home page, Spunsored ads, Social options in main pages and ads, Tags in home page and ther widgets
    b. Header and footer

    2. Can I control menus? Number of buttons, text etc

    3. Can I control what field option will be included in the post an ad form? Category, sub category etc.?

    4. Can I control what advance search will include?

    5. Can I control how ads dedicated page look like? Enable/disable detail levels etc. (see attached Ad)

    6. When posting ads, Is there a capcha to prevent computer ads?

    7. Is there a space for advertisements?

    That is it for now,

    Oran

    In answer to your questions:

    1. The featured ads slider, sponsored ads, and social options can all be disabled by settings within the ClassiPress admin dashboard. The custom forms and fields functionality would allow you to leave out the requirement for tags in ad listing pages, and widgets are configurable by you in terms of what you'd like to appear in the sidebar.

    2. Not sure which menus you refer to specifically?

    3. Yes, ClassiPress has a custom form and fields feature which allows you to make custom forms for ad listings

    4. Yes, this is determined by you

    5. The content of the ad page can be determined by the custom form you create, thus that is what displays on the page.

    6. There is no reCaptcha for the ad listing itself, but you can set this up for registrations to prevent spammers.

    7. Yes, there are built in ad spaces, or you can customize additional ad spots of make use of advertising plugins available in the AppThemes marketplace for ClassiPress. Thanks.

    Dear Pepsi,

Thanks so much for your help!

    Few more clarifications please...

    1. Menu above the search bar

    2. I see that some fields are core with the following message "This is the street address text field. It is a core ClassiPress field and cannot be deleted. (Needed on your forms for Google maps to work best.)"
Q: I would like to know if this fields can be at list disabled in all, or some type of forms? i really do not need this fields on forms for simple posts as i do not need the map. The site will be designed for Cambodia, i think this will complicate my target audience interaction with the app. at list for the beginning... what is my solution for that?

    3. Am i correct to assume that users must register (open account) before posting an add?

    4. If i disable all widgets, sponsored ads and social options, will the product add expend automatically to full width of the page?

    5. Is the built in ad spaces is the same as the sponsored ads?

    Many thanks!!

    No problem :)

    1. For the menu above the search bar, you can use the native WordPress "Custom menus" function to customize the menu itself in terms of what pages you want to appear as seen on the ClassiPress admin demo here.

    2. Whilst the message states that the core field cannot be deleted, you can still exclude those fields from your custom ad listing form, thus not requiring the customer to complete address details or use the map in the sidebar of the ad listings.

    3. Yes that is correct, by default users must register before they can post.

    4. No, you'll still have a sidebar even if it's not populated with widgets.

    5. Yes, sponsored ads are shown as "Content ads" in the ClassiPress admin dashboard here. Thanks.

    Dear Pepsi,

Thanks again for clear and timely support! this looks very good to me so far.

Just about point 4, is there any way i can have the product ads expand to full width? can i edit the code my self?
Or alternative, can i just post some photos, advertisements, links etc.? or i must use the available widgets?

    Thanks!!

Through customization yes you could certainly expand the ads yourself if you wanted to, you can read more about theme customization here. You may also like to check out the available ClassiPress child themes in the AppThemes marketplace for other layout options. Yes you can use whatever you want in the sidebar, even if it's standard text/html widgets. Thanks.

Yes, our license terms allow you to remove the footer credit, however this is not a setting within the admin dashboard and would require customization of the default theme files in order to remove it. Thanks.

No, there's not documentation relating to this as it's essentially a customization (which is not officially supported). As a customer, you can seek community based support for modifications in the forums, or alternatively if you're looking for a developer for hire, we have the certified partners page who are experienced at working with our themes. Thanks :)
