Hello I have just a few questions prior to final consideration of purchase. Thanks.

My site allows recruiters to post jobs and approve themselves, I read on a thread that this is not the default design, is that true still?

Also, the following...

1. Is there a way to charge job seekers a subscription fee?

2. Does Paypal in Japan work as well as the Paypal in English? I assume it does but not sure.

3. Can job seekers tag skills and experiences I have input so employers can search on those?

4. Last, I have a full list of RSS feeds I would like to feed into my wp site as news content - is this possible.

You as the site admin can determine whether or not your job listings require moderation by admin or not, so if you want users to be able to post jobs without you needing to approve them, then yes you can set it that way if you wish.

In answer to your other questions:

1. There is no function built into the theme to charge job seekers to sign up. Only options for charging to post jobs or view resumes.

2. You can find the list of supported countries here on the PayPal website.

3. When adding their resume to JobRoller, the job seeker enters in their own skills and experiences rather than selecting from a pre-determined list. Employers can search terms they enter into the resume search fields.

4. This is not a function within the theme itself, so would either require customization on your part of the use of a plugin. Thanks.
