When I look at the new demo, it shows a map right below the header. On most of the images I see on the main Appthemes for this Vantage theme I don't see that map. So wondering if the 1.2 version comes with the map it shows on the demo? Also what is the difference between that map and the mapsupreme plugin?
Yes, the large homepage map was added to the theme as of
version 1.2, and some of the screenshots you see on our marketing pages were from a prior release. The mapsupreme plugin was created by one of the AppThemes marketplace developers, so it's not exactly the same as the default map available in Vantage and is different visually, with some different configuration options available. You can view the
mapsupreme demo site via the marketplace page as well as view the configuration information for the themes own map in the Geo settings screen of the
Vantage admin dashboard for comparison.

I noticed on the demo that when you go in there the map centers to St. Louis, Is is coming with a geolocation option or you set in the city you want the app to focus? It would be nice to have a geolocation to show the customers what things are close to them. BTW I am not in St. Louis.
It just happens that many of the demo site listings are in that area which is why it's focuses on that part of the map, ultimately the more spread out your listings are, the more of the map you will see initially. Users can search the city they are looking at, and then adjust the radius as shown for example on the
Vantage demo site here (below the map you'll see the "refine search" sidebar). Thanks.
