I have Classipress but no account

I have a copy of Classipress installed onto my wordpress site. I had hired a web designer to do this for me, but he doesn't have the username and password to the forums account. I need help with some errors on the site, so I need to access the forums. Would the username and password or license number be somewhere on my classipress theme?

Please note that only verified AppThemes accounts can access the support forums, i.e. those who have purchased themes directly from us. If you hired a web developer to create the site for you, unfortunately this does not automatically make you an AppThemes customer unless the theme was specifically purchased by/for you in your name - If this is the case, please email us with your full name and email address used for the purchase and we can help locate the account.
