You can create various pricing plans with the point of difference being duration of the listing, price, and whether or not featured settings are included as you can see from the
Vantage admin demo, so not as you describe as such. Anything outside of this would require customization of the default theme on your part, which is technically possible as the theme is not encrypted, so you are free to modify it as you wish. Thanks.
