I have some question before buying this awesome theme

I wanted to know if i can modify a CREATE LISTING page to one step? currently user have to go through 3 steps in order to submit ad which is quite outdated and user want all thing in one step
My second question is there any possibility to show Sub categories under categories on left hand side instead of right side?
My Third Question is there any possibility to add Category icons on main page and sub category ?

What you've described is how the theme works by default, so whilst the changes mentioned are technically possible, it would require customization on your part as they are not settings to change within the themes admin dashboard. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
