Assuming you are referring to advertising banners, there are settings within the ClassiPress admin which allow you to place ads in the header and footer of ads - and this includes Google Adsense code. You can also make use of plugins to add additional advertising to your website if you wish. Of course you can also make customizations to your theme to allow difference placement if you wish.

If your interested in rotating advertising, I would suggest the data feeder plugin. Works like a charm.
