Having Categories on Multiple Pages

I see that from the demo all the categories are on 1 page. Is there a way of spreading out the categories over multiple pages on the menu bar?

I must admit that this is an interesting question, unfortunately the "categories" are custom taxonomies and there is no built in feature to separate them.It will require modification of the code.

Please let me know if you need more information about the theme.
