Is it possible to have people buy ads or put ads on your site after you create a classified website?

I guess my real question is how to make money using classipress. I think that I would need to have ads on my site. Is there some tutorial or something about this ?

In the settings screen of the ClassiPress admin dashboard you can find the "Advertising" tab for configuring the header or single ad banners for advertising spaces, you can also add images in the sidebar using the relevant widget for further spaces if you wish. So you can make money from advertising on the site as well as for people to post the ads themselves. As well as this, you can find products in the AppThemes marketplace relating to advertising in ClassiPress which would give you more options outside of what is available in the default theme. Thanks for the response! That's really great information. I see that I can add ads myself but in order to make money don't other parties have to put ads on my site and then pay me for the amount of clicks or something like that? How would I go about doing that?

Yes, you can sign up with providers such as e.g. Google Adsense or BuySellAds which allow you to make money for clicks. Thanks :)
