Hiding company name in job description

Hi,

I'm about to start a job board on wordpress.
but before choosing the theme I'm going to use, I have two questions about Job Roller:

- Is it possible to hide the company name in the job description? I want the candidates to see the anonymous job description before signing up as a user on my site. And once they are signed up they will have access to the full information about the company they are interested in.

- Is it possible to charge the candidates applying for the jobs, instead of charging the companies posting openings?

The points you describe are not default features of the JobRoller theme and would require customization on your part if you were looking to implement these.
