You can sell your AppThemes site but it's against our terms of service to transfer your AppThemes username and password to anyone else.

Initial purchase gives you license to use the theme for life. No need to pay recurring fees. However, the initial purchase gives you access to support and updates for twelve months. The renewal fee of $29US for one theme or $79US for AppThemes Club is for an additional 12 months of service and support. This is necessary because our themes are not like normal WordPress themes. They are feature packed applications which require a lot of resources to create and support. We're committed to providing great support to our customers and the recurring fee helps us do exactly that.
3) any other hidden charges of apptheme company ?
There are no hidden charges.
