No, I logged out of femmychow and logged into the other account to post, but that is when the error message came up, so I logged back into femmy chow to reply to you.
Can you please help me with my question?

I don't mean to be a pain, but again I tried going into the account bought the product on, but when I try to post in forums, it would not allow me to.

I really need help with this. How else can I get answers to my question when it does not allow me to post my questions using the account you want me to?

How can I post using my other account when it tells me this: you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Sorry to hear you are still having problems logging in. I have check your user account and there is no obvious reason why this should be happening, and I have also logged in as you with your login and have no such problems accessing the forums. Once you are logged in, please be sure you are posting in the correct section of the forums for support e.g. http://forums.appthemes.com/jobrolle...install-setup/ rather than here in pre-sales.
