How does the single use license work?

I'm new to making websites and install WordPress themes.

What exactly does a single use license mean? Does it mean one installation or one website?

For example, if I install it once, but remove the installation (say, if I screw the files up or something), does that mean I have to pay again to re-install this theme? Also, if I install it on one site, and then decide to shut it down or change domain names, does that mean I need to pay again to use ClassiPress on the next website I make?

You can install it on one website. If you screw it up you can install it again for free. You can also transfer it to another one of your sites as long as you remove it from the previous site.
