How to fetch customers

I am interested in the classified and the coupons themes. My basic queries are as follows:

1. Do I have to get my own customers who will be willing to host their coupons or classifieds on my site. Or is there an automated system through which anybody on the net can host their classifieds and coupons on my site.

2. If anybody is able to host their coupons and classifieds on my page then how do i get paid.

Overall, I do not want to invest my time in finding customers.

1. There is no automated system to fetch coupon posters. You can join affiliate networks where you can source the coupon which then;
2. can give you affiliate commissions.
