There are no specific settings for the featured ads slider in the ClassiPress admin dashboard, so any alteration of the function would require some customization on your part. You can view the default slider in the ClassiPress demo.

The sequence seem to change but sometimes it takes hours.

JUST MY HUMBLE 2 CENTS:

Maybe its a better default if the ad sequence changes everytime the page is refreshed or if another audience views the page (like a banner rotator) from another computer. This way, every advertiser gets equal exposure. If the sequence doesnt change randomly, then the first 5 ads gets the most exposure and the latter ones never get seen (like if there is 100 ads). It's less enticing for people to sign up for the featured ads if they realize it takes a while for their ad to show up on the slider, and so lesser revenue for the site operator.

Just my opinion.
