    how do i upload the theme to my webhosting company system?

    Hi, you can upload through the WordPress admin

    WordPress->Appearance->Themes->Install themes.

    First of all you will need to install WordPress. After that you will have to log on to the administration panel and from there you will have the options mentioned in my previous post.
