I'd like to launch job portal without losing my current traffic

Hi,

I need to retian all posts inside learnersreference.com

I would like to create a jobroller job board in this directory (by using this theme instead of my current theme)

Please let me know if this is possible (i.e) link posts to blog link and retian them inside current directory

If you're replacing the existing WordPress theme, then all existing posts will remain as posts and will be allocated to the "Blog" section of JobRoller by default (assuming they are default posts in your existing theme). Our themes make use of WordPress custom post types, so as you can see from the JobRoller admin demo, blog entries fall under the "Posts" section, and job listings will be added under "Jobs". Thanks.
