I think you got a little bug because when you press the latest tab you can see 66 idea(s) matching "", between "" is there something meant to be written?

Not really, the tab shows the latest listings by default without the message, so it's only if you're clicking the tab itself again, which is technically a search, that you'll see it. When you have no keywords, then "" appears as there is no text to go in between the commas. Thanks.

When you press the - latest - tab and you can see 66 idea(s) matching "", what is there meant to be between "" ?
And what does it mean the ideas are matching? Matching in what way?

In between the " " should be the keyword you used. And if there is anything "matching", it means, search terms that match that keyword. The results which show are based on the matching keyword. Thanks.
