If I change to Vantage theme, can people comment on listings if they're unregistered

Hi, new to wordpress in general and the vantage theme seems to have everything I need to set up my business. A friend however recently suggested that I will have to ask people to register before they can comment on a listing, due to some over-riding settings on the vantage theme. Is this correct as general comments will be an integral part of my site?

In the actual business listing, the option to add comments is not available, instead there is the "Reviews" option where you need to be logged in to add a review. In the "Blog" section however, you can enable comments without registration for blog posts. Thanks.
