Please check that whether the person using Classipress on these URLs, has actually bought a license from Appthemes or not! I doubt that he has been using Classipress without paying a penny

The point is, if people would be allowed to violate Appthemes, then why should every other person bother to buy proper licenses of Classipress!

If he is in violation, please take proper actions.

Yes, there will likely always be scumbags out there downloading and using the theme illegally (just like any other software out there). These people are obviously at risk of installing other unwanted malicious code etc in doing so, which is often the case with nulled scripts.

At the end of the day, our customers can enjoy the benefit of a safe copy of the theme, along with free updates forever, and support via these forums (which are obviously inaccessable to non-customers), and valued input as part of the AppThemes community. All good reasons for actually purchasing the theme.
