VANTAGE THEME: QUESIONS I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING

1.A registration forms customizable? I wanna cater for recruitment firms, mining companies and training and educational institutions as certain fields will need different from the other organisations.

2. Also same goes for when ads are displayed on board, are fields customizable to suit the needs for different organisations? for example requirements from a mining company seeking candidates for full time work, will be different from a training institution seeking candidates for educational purposes. ??

3. Can "star ratings" be removed? or can we make this optional for the advertisers?

4. My next question is, Can I display business listings """board""" on different pages for example Im looking at categorizing "Mining Companies", "Training" and "Construction" having there own sections/pages to my site, advertising there own products and services, so will I be able to place these boards on these certain pages? I dont want to mix all organisations under one umbrella, I want to divide them into their own sections making this easy for readers to understand.

6. Can I add posts to homepage? above """board" ?

7. Header? Can this be changed and can ad banner be removed? as I have a header/image that I have created and the size is 951x171... will this be possible to integrate or uploaded into header?

8. can i add other payment gateway options to this theme? i've had trouble with paypal in the past and there customer service centre sucks!

First off, let me say that you may want to have a look at our JobRoller therme.
Now, let's see if I can answer your questions about Vanatage...

1. Vantage uses the WordPress login/registration functionality, and includes templates for login, password reset, password recovery, and registration. So yes, it can be customized via a child theme and/or a plugin.

2. Yes. Using the form builder, you can assign certain fields to certain categories, while hiding them from others.

3. Yes. None of our code is encrypted, so you can customize anything you like. A child theme is recommended (a sample child theme is included to help you get started).

4. Yes. Again, a child theme would be needed, but you can use action hooks to build your own custom pages.

6. Same as most of the answers above. You are only limited by your ability to code a child theme.

7. Yes, you can upload a custom header image via the WordPress back end. 400 × 70 is the recommended size.

8. I hear ya. Currenty, PayPal is the only built in option, but others will be available in a future release.
