Implementing ClassiPress and JobRoller

Hi ,
I am looking to buy classipress and jobroller complete suite, but have a question, that is

On my single domain i am looking to install both classipress and jobroller and a discussion forum. Means i should be able to call both from main menu. Do i need to make some child domains in the root directory of my domain or i can implement these without creating multiple domains.

I am looking to implement jobroller and classipress in same domain in parent directory.

Both are Wordpress themes and so you need an instance of Wordpress for them to work. With that, you may need to install one of them in the subdomain and just create a menu link on your main website.
