3. The payment gateway used in ClassiPress, PayPal, does not currently support Indian Rupees, so technically the option to charge in this currency is not available (you can charge in any currencies listed, as seen on the ClassiPress admin demo). You can however allow ad listings in the currency of your choice, and note there is also a bank transfer option.
We plan to add more payment gateways in a future release, but at this time, there is only the PayPal and Bank Transfer options for payment built into the theme. We have had members of the community who have implemented their own payment gateways, but this would take some amount of technical knowledge to do so.
The advanced search functionality will be included in ClassiPress v3.1 due out this month. The demo will be updated when it is released, so you'll be able to see it in action then :)
