I Couldn't Agree More
I came to know about vanatage few weeks ago and before that I am using directorypress, which evolved to a nice app over a period of 1 or 2 years .
Since classipress seems nice app, I thought vanatage will be in that category, so I was curious to see whether it will better than other existing business directory wordpress apps.
After going through demo, I lost interest in it and looks like they need lot of ketchup to do to be equal or better than existing apps.
Geotheme seems interesting and I may go for it for business directory project ..
Anyways I wish the team all the best to come up with great apps.

Over 2 years in the making, constant delays and broken promises - wow did you guys ever drop the ball on this one. I have been waiting for this extraordinary Vantage Theme to be released thinking that it was going to be simply amazing. With all the hype it sounded like this was going to be the be-all-end-all to business directory themes. What a joke!
I have used GeoTheme and Templatic, which by the way are readily available and less money, and they both have more features, regular updates and great support. One of them is even offered by a single author, not a "team" of developers that are supposed to be professionals in their field.
I am so happy that I didn't simply wait for Vantage to come out and waste more valuable time. My business directory is online accepting companies - had I waited for this less than stellar theme to be released I would be ready to just give up.
I really hope that you have more for this theme that just hasn't been released or updated in the Demo - if you do please post here to let us all know that there is more coming. If there isn't and what we see is what we get I am sure you are going to have hundreds if not thousands of disappointed clients.
Way to drop the ball once again!
