I have a different business model which charges not recruiters but rather job seekers. Is there an option like this in you software?

JobRoller allows you to charge people to post listings and view resumes, but there are no specific job seeker charges available by default, so it would require customization on your part if you were looking to do this. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
