Hi there, i'm interested in this theme.

I wanted to use this to develop a tuition portal.

I have the following questions.

1. add in extra fields such as teaching experience, available time and etc in the resume part.
2. have advanced search for resume, i did not see the in your demo.
3. add in other filed in the job information ex required subjects at the "post job" part
4. add in new fields to filter in the advanced search for jobs
5. display the information of jobs and resumes to public but hide the contact info, only premium user will see contact info
6. the "apply online" link directly to a resume profile, so tutors would not have to fill in their resume again

lastly, i know that this theme is not responsive, anyway i can make it responsive?

All of the points you mention would require some customization of the theme on your part, as they are not functions specifically included in the default theme at this time. You may wish to note that some additional functionality for JobRoller is available in the form of a plugin called FXtender Pro. Ultimately our themes are not encrypted, so if you wish to make modifications you are free to do so.
