Job Roller Theme question

I am interested in purchasing the Job Roller theme but have a couple of questions. The major one is I am not able to see the site working from the perspective of a job seeker - i.e. the process of posting a CV...etc. While "Submit A Job" is a obvious botton, I can't find an action botton for "Post a CV". Please kindly advise.

Yes unfortunately our demo site is by default, logged in only with an employer account so you don't see these options there, however here are a couple of screenshots to give you an idea of how it looks when logged in as a job seeker:
