Job seeker resume form

Hi,

I am creating an aviation recruiter and job seeker site. I have some custom fields i would need to add to the resume form:

1) Can i add sub categories to the category dropdown? Eg, I choose Aircraft engineer, which drops down into fixed wing or rotar wing?
2) Can I add in more fields like dropdown boxes, tick boxes etc because some job seekers may be qualified in more than one field (pilot and engineer) and I need that to be searchable by recruiters. If I cant add fields, is there any way around achieving this? Even if it is more cumbersome.

You can certainly create subcategories which can be used, but they won't specifically display on the main "Browse by" filter as that only shows the parent category. It would require customization to change this. There is no custom form builder available for the resume form (this again would involve customization), however there is a custom form builder for actual job listings. JobRoller is not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
